Painted or Tinted Fuji mums. What are the pros and cons? Are the days of stem dye numbered? Are there enough good farms out there painting?

I'll start....

Tinted PRO: Excellent Vibrant colours for that great fake look
Tinted CON: Botrytis.

Painted PRO: No Botrytis!
Painted CON: Few suppliers means limited availability

Well Brett, we only buy painted and only from Esmeralda ( when I need pink, I want pink)

'nuff said.

Yes....painted fuji's all the way, more growers need to get on board with this technique.
