Some Protea varieties can have a nice dusty pink color... also some "blush" varieties of Callas, Ranunculus (esfumato) and Dendrobium these can support the hue your going for but your best bet for really nailing the hue is to choose the right Rose variety. I would suggest doing a color search in Roses for Lavenders, peaches, creams and bicolor pinks as a starting point. There are so many varieties that will meet your needs, it might even be hard to start.

There are excellent earth tone varieties in roses as well. If the wedding is coming past the mid-May point, you might even be able to get some New Zealand Cymbidiums! These have spectacular apricot, bronze, peach & earth tone colorations, check out the cymbid section and search by color .... they are simply the best you can get in that earth tone color range. Check out the browns - they are incredibly punchy and vibrant!

Hope that helps!
