Looks like Alocacia leaves ( mixed with Salix branches, Green Trick Dianthus,  White Callas, Obake Anthuriums and a piece of brown cardboard)

I think the green puffy flowers might actually be viburnum.

There are also some Tie Leaves Green (Or Cordeline Green leaves) at the base of the arrangement.
